讲座摘要:
Over the last decades, the fabrication of three-dimensional (3D) tissues to facilitate regeneration and microtissue models for promoting personalized medicine, has become commonplace. This talk will discuss our recent efforts in developing high-content human-based tissues through various advanced biofabrication strategies, such as 3D bioprinting and microfluidic organ-on-a-chip platforms, which, used either alone or in combination, are likely to provide new opportunities for numerous translational applications in biomedicine.
